Account Atlas (this website) helps you discover the online services you have accounts with, by reading your Gmail history. It is operated by Nikolai Pyke. Questions? Write to nikolaipyke@gmail.com.
When you connect Gmail, you grant Account Atlas read-only access. We can read:
Nothing, unless you explicitly ask. Only when you use a cleanup action – archive, move to trash, mark as read or unsubscribe – do we act, and only on the exact messages you selected. We never send email on your behalf; a manual unsubscribe opens a prefilled email for you to send yourself.
Inbox cleanup analysis and newsletter data are stored only in your own browser, not on our servers.
When automatic rules cannot decide whether an email proves an account, an AI model receives only the sender address and subject line to classify it. Your data is never used to train AI models.
We do not sell or share your data with anyone. The service runs on Lovable's hosting and database infrastructure, and sign-in is handled by Google or by email.
You can disconnect Gmail and delete everything we have derived from your mailbox in one step in the app's settings. This permanently removes all discovered services, scan data and migration plans.
